Callahan Corogin Architects (Hawaii) was established in 1989 as a full service architecture and interior design firm to meet the needs of resort corporations, real estate developers and professional firms. Callahan Corogin Studio (Bangkok)was established just two years later as a full service architecture and interior design firm serving Southeast Asia.

In 1994, both firms were consolidated into one office
based in Bangkok. Their combined strength now affords

our clients a depth of working knowledge and the resources

to support a variety of project types. These resources include

the most sophisticated CADD services, in-house specification

writers and a comprehensive international resources library.

 

Through our dedicated managers and staff and our belief that

the success of any project begins with an interactive design process

with the client and his team, we are completing projects that exemplify

the creative design process. Our interactive process reduces
the potential for lengthy and costly changes. We build upon a series

of progressive client approvals intended to keep our client fully

informed of design options and impacts on the budget and schedule

at each step of the design's evolution.

 

We do not have a singular design style that overrides
our client's desired image goals. Rather, our design
direction springs from our client's functional, budgetary,

and aesthetic programming parameters. Through our
creative development process, designs emerge
with a style that reflects enduring quality.
