The Bangkok based Property Developer, Golden Land PLC, emerged from the Asian economic crisis of the late 1990's as one of the first re-capitalized Developers in Thailand.
To reflect this confidence a new office interior was designed & constructed on the eighth floor of their existing tenanted building in 1999.

The entire eighth floor was gutted to create a new interior layout representing the Client's re-engineering requirements. Detailing was carefully considered to display an open spatial
simplicity while exploiting maximum natural light & the exuberance of contemporary modernity.
