57 Tower is located along the central
Sukhumvit Road corridor in a thriving
retail area. To maximize the retail
potential of the building, retail spaces
were designed half a story above
and half a story below street level.
This concept effectively doubled
the leasable ground floor area.
Service apartments are located
along the perimeter of the parking
garage on the four floors above
the retail level. The swimming pool
and other standard amenities are
located at the podium on level five.
Above the podium are 600 small to
medium size condominiums which
take the shape of five interconnected
towers. Penthouses are located at
the top of each tower element.
Mechanical systems are located on
only the two tallest towers in order
to utilize the remaining roof tops
for tennis courts.
