Cafe Chinois Design 1998 East meets West and combines to form Western style dim sum cafe. The design deformalises the traditional chinese dining environment by peeling away the floor, wall and ceiling finishes to expose columns, beams, ducts, pipes and the building substructure. The mirror wall and color scheme evoke Feng Shui principles.
