The Mayflower offers 96 apartments
ranging in size from 25 to 57 square
meters. A cylinder form is placed onto
each floor plan tangent to the lift core.
This shape becomes the defining element
of the ground level entry lobby as well as
the lift lobbies. At street level the cylinder
is clad in glass. A canopy is added to
protect the entry point.
