President Park Phase 2

Phase two of the President Park Project
is envisioned as four stand alone mixed
use residential towers. The first six levels
of each building contain retail space
and parking. All four towers are designed
with a podium level swimming pool and
associated play grounds and activity
centers. In order to create construction
efficencies, a modular precast building
system was proposed.
To enhance the character and function
of the project, holes were designed
into the facades of each tower to create
a secondary high rise swimming pool area.
