The master plan for President Park Town
creates a sustainable community located
in the eastern suburbs of Bangkok.
The development contains over 600 single
family homes, 300 townhouses, 10,000
mid-rise condominium units, an international
school, health and recreation center, shopping
plazas and public parks. A large lake
surrounded by a park and 20 luxury homes
occupy the geographic center of the new
town. The design of the luxury homes strives
to integrate the natural setting of the lakeside
park with the indoor environment. In the
Savoy and Rotunda layouts, rooms extend
into the garden to enrich the houses'
relationship with nature. Conversely,
the Palladian design creates an internal
garden encircled by living areas.
