This is the first phase of a three phase
high rise mixed-use condominium
project. The two central towers rise
40 stories and the flanking towers
are 31 stories. The site is located
just off the central Sukhumvit Road corridor.
The buildings are organized in a radiating
pattern around a domed health club.

The dome anchors the project at
the street corner and is a focal point
for the project. Swimming pools,
a cafe, rumpus room, teen room,
library, function rooms, tennis courts
and children's play areas are above
the parking garage, and isolated
from the hectic pace of the city below.
The residential condominiums rise
above this level. The design concept creates
an oasis within a dense urban environment.
