The Galleria design contains shops, offices
and high-rise condominiums. The location
of the site is along Sukhumvit Road in
the heart of the retail furniture district.
The atrium in the Galleria faces the street
corner and creates a destination retail venue
for specialty furniture and furnishings'
merchants. The Galleria shopping area
integrates with the base of the tower to
create a second atrium expressed as
a spiral cone. The tower above contains
10 levels of commercial office space in
the low zone and 15 levels of condominiums
in the high zone.
