The Bendix production facility
contains an assembly plant,
plant offices, staff locker rooms
and canteen. The assembly area
and warehouse utilize wall mounted
louvres for natural ventilation
as well as translucent roof sheeting
for natural lighting. The detailing
of the roof eaves is an economical
solution to soffiting and enhances
the architectural image of the building.
